Hello David.
I’ve recently downloaded your 7 modal backing tracks and I’m enjoying practising over them. However, I’m a little confused as to whether I should be playing the corresponding mode all the way through each one or trying to alternate between modes/scales as the tracks do seem to modulate slightly.

Yeah, just stay in the same scale throughout the track, the chords will change but all the notes of the modes will work.
That is because the chords used on the backing tracks are all extracted from the mode you are playing with…
